"Hyatt Regency was a perfect place for us on our 2-night stay during our trip to Niagara Falls and St. Catharines. We decided to upgrade to a falls view room. We're glad we did, the view was breathtaking from above. The hotel staff were the friendliest we've ever had. And very helpful. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay in Hyatt. "We recently stayed at American Waterpark Resort as part of a dance competition being held at the facility. The room we booked had an infestation of ants and when we brought this to the attention of the hotel the only option they offered for resolution was to send maintenance to spray raid and put out traps (ants were all located on the bed and bedside wall) OR to send housekeeping to vacuum them up. We requested a change of room but were told that was not a possibility and 'was there anything else they could help with'. We were forced to find somewhere else to sleep for the night with no concern of the hotel as we still needed to be present at the facility for the dance competition."
