"Hotel overall was very nice ! Only complaints are house keeping came and brought new towels , but did not make up the bed . Also parking prices are pretty high ! Spent two days and paid about $180 for just parking "

"Room was pretty clean, just a little dated. Bathroom was tiny, room wasn’t cool enough. It’s locked where it will not go lower than 68 degrees. I booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool, the entire stay the pool AND hot tub were FULL of screaming children. Jumping in and out of both. Kids diving in the hot tub. Absolutely no relaxation possible here. We ended up staying one night and losing our money on the remainder of the stay. Didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub one single time, and could barely sleep in the room warmer than we are use to. "

"The shower does not work, and the staff said she can file a report. I asked her how your report can shower me? She said she was the only person there. Overall, some parts of the hotel are run down and need to be upgraded badly. "
