"I absolutely loved everything about our stay at ocean el farro. Everyone was so nice and attentive. The food was amazing! I loved that the hotel offered a variety of different foods Italian, Dominican, Sakura, Mexican, American, everythiny was delightful. I especially loved their coco locos shot out to Mr. Luis at the lobby for his exceptionally delicious coco loco and service. Reinaldo booked our 3 restaurants in a timely manner no hassle very professional and quick to respond. The excursions were phenomenal loved the pirate ship especially if you have children a must go amazing experience! Overall 10/10 for a fabulous, fantastic trip memories were definitely made! Also thanks to alexander who booked our excursions for our family!"

"I recently stayed at Hard Rock Punta Cana and had a positive experience. The resort offers a wide variety of restaurants with delicious food, but we encountered difficulties finding tables at the Italian and Mexican restaurants on our third night. While the pools and snack bars were enjoyable, we hoped for more evening entertainment options, such as a DJ at the Moon Lounge. Overall, it’s a vibrant resort with great amenities, though there is room for improvement in certain areas."
