« Bel hôtel bien rénové, bon repas, point faible c’est plus difficile d’avoir accès aux restaurants à la carte. Il faut faire la file 45 minutes minimum avant l’ouverture et ensuite c’est complet même s’il reste des tables de libres. J’avais déjà voyagé à ce Riu et les restaurants étaient toujours très facilement accessibles. C’est le gros négatif. Deuxième point, la piscine adulte nos costumes de bains ont de décolorés et pas un petit peu. Nous sommes pourtant restés seulement une heure environ...

"Chambre correcte sans plus…lavabo craqué et robinet qui coule sans arrêt…buffet pourrait offrir une plus grande variété dans les choix. Les restos toutefois sont très bons et belle variété. Cependant le système de réservation au quotidien est désuet…le resort tente de vendre leur application de réservation qui n’a pas fonctionné pour nous de la semaine. Ainsi, il fallait faire la file à 7:30 ! En terminant je me suis fait voler 3 fois pendant mon séjour de 7 jrs ( sac de plage avec contenu, bouteille d’eau de métal et mon parfum). Clairement un ou qq membres du personnel qui vole 😏 Mon parfum a été la goutte qui m’a fait déborder / vol dans ma chambre! Selon le gestionnaire de clientèle, c’est très rare. Toutefois à la fin de notre séjour, nous nous sommes rendus compte que plusieurs clients avaient été aussi victimes de vols! Malheureusement mauvaise expérience dans ce resort et services à la clientèle après les vols/ ordinaire…aucune compensation d’une certaine façon pour te démontrer que le client est important pour eux!"
