Stylish Spacious Home with Private Pool

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat!

This spacious home is ideal for large families or groups of friends, offering a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room that seats 6-8. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sizable open living space, it comfortably accommodates everyone. All 4 bedrooms feature queen-size beds, and there are 3 twin trundles plus a separate game room in the garage.

Furry friends are welcome with a pet fee of $200 per pet.

The Space:

There are 2 steps to the front door. Once inside the home, there are no additional steps to get from one room to another. Home is on one level.

Step through the beautiful doors into our modern living area. Please leave your shoes at the door to maintain the cleanliness of the floors.

Relax in the living room with a 65" TV or gather around the fully stocked kitchen and dining area.

From the living room, walk down the hall to the first bedroom on the left, featuring a queen-size bed, a dedicated work area, and a large closet. A twin-size trundle slides out to provide additional sleeping space for kids. The shared bathroom, located in the hallway, includes a full-size tub/shower combo, modern vanity, mirror, and a toilet with a bidet. Further down the hall, another bedroom offers a queen bed, workspace, and closet. The master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, features a queen bed, dedicated workspace, and a twin-size trundle. The master bath includes a shower stall, pedestal sink, and a toilet with a bidet. The 4th bedroom, accessible via an exterior door, includes a long desk for work and a beautiful view of the pool. This room also features a queen-size bed and a twin trundle.

All bedrooms have blackout curtains to ensure maximum rest.

The garage, accessible from the kitchen, contains an in-unit washer/dryer and doubles as a game room. Enjoy hours of fun with the 13-in-1 Combo Game Table Set, which includes Ping Pong, Foosball, Basketball, Air Hockey, Archery, Chess, Checkers, Shuffleboard, Bowling, and more.

The backyard is a haven for relaxation and fun, featuring a full-size pool, an outdoor couch with a firepit, an outdoor bed, a dining table for 6-8, and a gas grill.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home. Your door code will work on all keyless entry locks.

The driveway accommodates 2 cars parked side by side. Additional free parking is available on the street.

Other Things to Note:

There are 2 steps to the front door. Once inside, the home is all on one level.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home is just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The Concord BART station is nearby, providing easy access to the Bay Area.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.

4 C’s - Cozy, Charming, Clean & Comfortable

My family group consisting of a party of 9 overwhelmingly found this home to be quite charming and very comfortable. The home is conveniently located close to shopping and dining. The host was quite accommodating and communicating with them was a breeze. I would book this home again and highly recommed it to anyone traveling this part of NorCal.
