Didn’t seem to be in the best part of town but it was fine for one night. The 2 staffers working the desk were polite and efficient, the rooms were clean and quiet. It’s slightly worn down and was pretty no-frills but we felt safe and had no problems.

I was quite disappointed in the Internet access service. I lost the Wi-Fi service before 9 o'clock and the TV sound was intermittent. I spent only 4 hours as I had an early flight. Facility is convenient to get to the airport.

The RTA train station is directly across the street which makes it convenient to get to Tower City/ downtown Cleveland. The breakfast was tasty and very fresh. The staff at laquinta was very helpful, polite and informative. Definitely on my list to stay at this hotel everytime i come home to Cleveland.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff BUT if you want to use wifi in your room it doesn't work. First when signing in it comes up as not secure withthe warning not to sign in. I talked to the staff and they said that it was OK so i signed in and it was useless.
