I had a pleasant stay overall. The bartenders, especially Shanti, provided excellent service, and the view from the property is truly beautiful. While I noticed a faint, unusual odor in the room, it was clearly well-maintained and spotlessly clean.

Staff were fun and very attentive. Shuttle service was prompt and you definitely had options. Pool area clean and loved the swim up bars. Overall, a nice resort to visit to relax or have a good time.

I would highly recommend this whole time any related properties to anybody looking to stay in Montego Bay. Staff was amazing in the games that were played was amazing. Food was amazing and the property was clean, staff was friendly and kind the only thing I would say Riu needs to work on the resort credit why give $600 in credits when it can only be used at the spa and it's not like you can use all of the credit for a spa visit they only take $40 off I think it's also fair to use the credit for the catamaran and all other resort activities makes a lot more sense otherwise the stay was amazing
