The room!! Not at all what I expected for $250 a night. Handicap room. Blinds wouldn’t work. Hotel sent a maintenance guy to fix. He was in our room three times while we were there and still didn’t get them fixed. Got comped two lavish breakfast that was not so lavish. The decor of the rooms were dark, ancient and sooo out of date. The room and hotel in general was just creepy. Oh yeah, our view. Rooftops and buildings all around that we had a view of the inside through their windows. I was told we had a whirlpool bath. Nope! Even maintainer guy said the handicap rooms had whirlpool tubs but ours was not. The pool?? Oh they have one but it hasn’t been used in years. That was creepy too. It was just one disappointment after another. A positive ….our room was large for the two full size beds. No microwave. I will never stay there again. All the help could barely speak English. But that’s everywhere these days. Parking garage was good. $30 a night. So why did we have a handicap room? In December this was all they had available with two beds close to where we needed to be. And when I booked it said assessable, not handicap! There was nothing about this hotel I liked nor my daughter. My ok three stars was me trying to be nice.

The rooms are very very small, i don't know if everything is moving out but there were sing up for different places but there was nothing in the lobby. For the price i payed for that room i could have went and stayed at a Fairfield Inn for cheaper and got breakfast with my stay instead of having to pay for that and the room.

Do not book this hotel. Took 45 minutes to check in and room wasn’t ready by check in time. Room was ready 2 1/2 hrs past check in time. Hilton did not have enough staff to manage the people that came in for the Bangles game. Valet was full at 3:50. No hair dryer in the room. I don’t recommend.

I liked how close you are to both Bengals and Reds stadiums.
