Stayed three years ago and had a much better visit. They have since closed the pool (staff said, “Thank Covid for that.”) No bottled water provided in room. Arrived about 11pm, had to ask security guard to find clerk to check in, as no one was at desk. Toilet liked to run endlessly, required significant handle jiggling to stop and shower drain was sloooooooooow.
Shuttle driver was not very friendly, we had 10am reservation for Hall of Fame and he said he wouldn’t take us there till then, as they weren’t open yet and won’t let us in. Isn’t that my choice? We could have spent time prior to opening taking pictures outside, as the building and the sign in front is cool. Then he took off on another run and didn’t come back until 9:57, leaving us wondering if we should start walking.
Also, not the hotel’s fault, but one night there was a guy on the street outside the hotel yelling and screaming to himself for about an hour around 3am. We were 15 floors up and could hear him quite clearly. Will not be staying there again.
