Conveniently close to the event we were attending in Cleveland and had ample parking though the elevator in the parking garage was broken. Staff was very friendly and even gave a discount on the parking garage fee due to the elevator issue.

First time staying and overall it was a good experience and we will definitely stay again! Didn’t like that breakfast was $25 and not $16 like advertised!
