"Always have a great stay at this property. A little older property but well maintained and recently updated. On site steakhouse is excellent. Streetcar line steps from the door making getting around very easy. We do not use much of the on site amenities but location is awesome. Many other excellent restaurants nearby or a streetcar ride away. "

Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms with all the amenities, and even the laundry soap with the washer / dryer! Great grocery store nearby and lots of great dining options. We wanted to move in and stay forever :) highly recommend the Brandywine!!!"

"This is a fantastic place to stay and soak up the New Orleans vibes without being so close to never ending party that is the quarter. The property, building, and most importantly the room was very clean and appears to be well maintained. "The location was very convenient and check-in was easy. It had a great kitchen and living room area, plus the bathroom was huge and super nice. Overall we loved it; except... The bed was probably THE worst I've ever slept in in a rental, even in discount motels. The mattress was literally about three inches thick on top of springs. "Super nice apartment. Beds were comfy. The high ceilings were beautiful. Only issue was the keypad didn't work when we got there and had to call to get the code reset. Also they only provided 4 towels so when we requested more it took a few hours for them to be delivered. The street is a little loud but we expected that due to it being Mardi Gras weekend. The location is great. Would most definitely stay again!"

"The actual 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, the location of the property was safe and close to many restaurants…. What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature…. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay."
