Room near the beach with beach view from balcony. Room was clean and A/C and fridge work wonderfull. During the day, the street is very busy but after 4pm everything become calm. Great place, definitivily return at this hotel at our next trip!

Location is the key to this hotel. Great location. Staff seems to always be in a terrible mood. TV has really no working channels. Just what an antenna on an island can pick up. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is great, right on the beach.

The a/c was great and the beds were comfortable. The wifi was very weak and non-existent at times. The location was so amazing being that you're right on Playa Norte. I would definitely stay there again.

Maria’s is a great place to stay! They provide free coffee, juice and toast/french toast daily. Buho’s is the beach bar connected to the hotel with direct access to the beach. You can rent golf carts right outside the hotel and there’s a fruit stand with fresh coconut/pineapple and massages on the beach! Always a great time!

Great location for Isla Mujeras and North Beach. I did like our private entrance from the beach but it closed too early and you have to walk around. The staff is only ok. Bored of being too accomodating. The breakfast included at the near by beach bar was pretty lame, just go for coffee. The bar staff there was also bored of service. Not welcoming. Its one big touisty place and I am sure I would be too. We are not speical but it is nice to swim in warm salt water. Everythign US prices now on the Island except the food trucks which were great. I went in summer and would go back in winter again to see the difference in vibe.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in front of Playa Norte, which made it very convenient to enjoy the beach. The property has beautiful gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some updating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings.

This hotel was just what we needed. No frills room was clean, spacious and our balcony looked down the street straight to the beach. Nice little morning breakfast of toast/french toast, coffee and juice every morning at the attached restaurant. Extra for other breakfast items but all the food was spectacular. Steps to beach! Nice secluded pool! Wonderful!!

The hotel is outdated, but it’s all about location. If you just want a good location on the beach then this is your hotel if you want a three star and above when it comes to condition, then this is not your hotel is very simple but more like a motel.

Beautiful property located right on the beach (very few options like that). Golf cart rental at the lobby desk. Great food and drinks at the restaurant. You can walk to many local restaurants and bars from the property. We stayed in the tower and had a balcony overlooking the street and beach access area. Room was clean and simple with bottled drinking water in the hall, a mini fridge and safe in the room. Staff were kind and helpful.
