"workers are very knowledgeable and helpful, will go the extra mile. the one bedroom suite with sofa is lovely with plenty of space and a nice king bed mattress. vents are a little loud, but any hotel is like that i guess. bathroom needs a fan for the shower but that’s being super picky. beware hotel parking overnight is $70 (EESSH!) but otherwise was a great stay and a lovely birthday! would come again"

"Love that we were able to check in like 1/2 hr early, love that staff were very helpful, love that Warlida our housekeeper is so fantastic on helping us where to take the transit to where we wanna go to, (we just use uber and became expensive using it for 2 days lol) she also gave us some insights about the concert we are attending that weekend cause she’s been to the same place. "Centrally located between Robson and Georgia, The Willo share its revenue with local programs (it was formally the YWCA). Various options for room and suites from using a hall bathroom or shower to fully luxurious rooms with bathrooms showers, coffee makers, umbrella, TV with cable and streaming, balcony with table and chairs, slippers and access to a Nespresso bar in the lobby. An always full candy bowl and friendly faces greet you each time you come in or leave. Security card for access to floors and the cleanest hotel I have seen in a long while."
