"After a bit of a shaky check in with regard to a room we didn’t like, the staff resolved the issue and we we were given a room that was satisfactory. Rooms are large and well appointed with an excellent sized bathroom with a very large countertop. There was a Juliette style balcony which allowed for fresh air. The property is beautifully maintained with beautiful flowers and trees. The outdoor pool is heated and there are several barrel sized saunas out by the pool. Heated towels are...

"Nice facilities, nice staff. Clean rooms, good view. Unfortunately we were there the same weekend as a marathon so transportation was impaired, but it wasn’t too bad walking."

"We came in from a cruise and tried to check in 6 hours early. Our room wasn't ready that early (of course). But they allowed us to drop off our bags and took our number to call when available. Amazingly, they called in an hour. We were able to check in a whopping 5 hours early. Without an extra fee or anything, how awesome is that? We had amazing customer service the whole stay. The hotel only has 80 something rooms. We always felt like their only customer, yet the hotel was sold out. ...

"Fabulous staff. The concierge Jerry was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the area. He was abke to answer all our questions. Also, the location of the hotel is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again. "

"The hotel itself was lovely. Very pretty bright room. The front desk staff were very nice. The starbucks staff were amazing. Downfall. Hotel is connected to a casino, which meant finding parking at the end of the day very difficult. Each night we circled for 15 minutes just to find a parking spot"

"They recently renovated the rooms which is great. However, the rooms still smells and the renovation was done partially..the AC unit makes a loud noise, the microwave in the room is very old unit."
