The 5 Frogs is a wonderful little hotel and was recently renovated with tastefully decorated rooms. The staff are very attentive and were open and helpful to all of our questions. They all went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Looking forward to returning some day!!

It’s a small calm place, good size not so deep pool, very friendly and helpful reception and staff workers. Recommended to visit on high season(November-May) if possible, to avoid hurricanes and enjoy the seashore.

The property was made for relaxing (which was my goal for the trip) I spent 3 nights and had a different breakfast each morning (included freshly baked bread, fruit bowl and the main entree) Marcela was lovely and checked in with me as I came and went. The staff were so wonderful. So friendly and attentive. The rooms were spotless, bed was very comfortable and my husband and I fought over the hammock on the balcony. Pool area is super chill, great place to relax and read a book. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town, but these walks through the streets or the beach were one of our fave parts of the day. Very nice spacious suite equipped with every thing you need. If something is missing just ask. There is a communal barbecue by the pool. There are beach umbrellas and chairs for the beach a short 2 blocks away. Such a great location. The owners are very friendly and helpful and had happy hour most days at 5:00 in the courtyard (BYOB).

If you want true relaxation and a quiet, beautiful surrounding look no further!!!!!!!!!! The food was GREAT! The service was wonderful, the bed was super comfy and the feeling once you walk through the main gate is nothing shy of perfect.

Great location, a few blocks from the beach. Easy access to buses for exploring and wonderful restaurants north of the highway.

We loved our week stay at Atlas! Our suite on 3rd floor was clean, roomy, well setup and just perfect for us retired canucks. Karla and her staff were so kind and welcoming. Thanks so much for your hospitality and generosity! We will be back next winter!

Hotel Suites Nadia was a lovely hotel, excellent roof-top pool, excellent location in Bucerias being close to all the main restaurants and bars, excellent staff and great breakfasts in the hotel's restaurant.

We requested a ground floor apartment because our son has Down Syndrome and is Autistic and doesn’t navigate stairs too well. We didn’t want to spend spring break arguing with our son about climbing stairs so this was important to us. When we checked in we were extremely pleased to see the property has accommodated our request with a ground floor room and the service didn’t stop there! Every single aspect of our 10 day vacation was PERFECT! Our apartment was cleaned daily with no complaints...

Excellent stay! We stayed in a kitchen suite and had a beautiful from the balcony! 3 pools and short walk to the beach. About a 15 minute walk into Bucerias for restaurants and night-life. We had a great time, thank you :)

I have been staying here for a week so far, and have extended my stay. I was here through the fires and chaos that occurred in Puerto Vallarta and felt very safe here with the guests and hotel staff. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and the housekeeper is lovely and comes daily. The breakfast here is wonderful, and sometimes has live music.
