« We enjoyed our winter desert stay in this nice home in the Signature community. The unit is directly across the street from the community clubhouse and pool/jacuzzi for easy access. We appreciated the quiet community and enjoyed walking and biking in the neighborhood. The unit was pretty much as described in the listing and photos, however a few items needed repair. « The apartment and facilities are great. The only comment is that we arrived at night and it was hard to find the unit # since it is a little dark to see the numbers outside the building. Other than that all very good. »

« We had a lovely stay at this studio unit. The Legacy Villas community is great. We took advantage of the pool & hot tub twice during our stay and also enjoyed the landscaping and quiet of the community. The room itself was perfect for two people. Only issue we had was with ants in the kitchen area during our stay, but the response from the property managers was quick and helpful. Would definitely stay again! »

« Loved the peace and quiet. The room is small but efficient. Very clean! Easy checkin! Only issue was the shower, a new shower head that moves so you don’t get drenched just trying to turn on the shower would be nice! I don’t know why but the shower water was lukewarm at best, regardless of how long the water ran. No one wants a cold shower. Shower aside, loved our stay! »
