The Space: This studio lock-off at the popular Legacy Villas community is positioned within very close walking distance from the main pool, but is far enough away for the perfect rest and relaxation. This suite has a comfortable King size bed as well as a smart TV with access to cable channels as well as a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, and both a keurig and standard drip coffee maker as well as dishes & utensils. The private patio overlooks the panoramic mountains and beautiful community grounds. The spacious bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a large soaking tub. Guests have full Access to Legacy Villas Amenities- including a fitness center, 12 pools/spas, and an onsite weekend cafe! Also enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community! I have rented many VRBO properties over the years and I have never had such a bad mattress. As an owner of a rental property myself, I know that a good nights rest is a priority for renters. I recommend the Novoform gel mattress from Costco. Not expensive and very comfortable. A small investment will go a long way in getting satisfied renters and repeat business for this unit. ##### Caroline H.
