"You need a key fob to get in the building and a physical key to get in the unit. Pickup for these was a 10 minute walk and included crossing a crazy intersection at Vauxhall. I had to get the keys from a convenience store and talked to someone who barely spoke English. The entire transaction seemed super shady. Then we had to walk 10 min back toward Vauxhall (luggage in tow!) to the building. The building itself is right outside of the train station, which was super convenient, but the key pick...

"This was fine for a room for the night, but the listing suggested this was self-contained which we were surprised to discover it was not on arrival. Please be aware you will have use of the downstairs of the house, plus kitchen and garden along with the rear back bedroom and bathroom on the first floor but the booking will operate as an Airbnb style let with the host in situ. Whilst the host was incredibly friendly the check-in was confused due to information sent via the app not clearly...

"This was a great property for my family of 5. Very clean, spacious. My boys loved the pool table. It was great to have two full baths and laundry onsite. Very close to a Tesco which was handy. Also, can quickly get to major sites. Communication was really prompt too. Highly recommend!"
