"We will use the Grand Hyatt at SFO from now on for their Park N Fly option. Connected to the terminals by a train makes it so easy to stay the night before travel, leave the car and take the train to our airline. What a great way to begin a trip!"

"Our balcony room was to close the dumpsters, we were woken up very early in the morning. Hopefully next time will request a different section of the hotel."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times and I always enjoy my stay. I love the tea/coffe bar and the breakfast options are wonderful. The lobby is very relaxing if you want a place to sit and relax. No complaints!"

"Very helpful staff. Great locations nearby. The hills are rough but that's not your fault! Also, the water dispenser in the lobby is clutch. And again, the whole staff was so nice and helpful"

"We stay here a few times a year. The bell hop is always very friendly. The registration person is usually good but nothing stand out- this time , the person was very friendly, took time to really listen when I answered his"how was your drive here?". Then he gave us a corner room- a nicer room than we have ever gotten; a late check out and a couple of nice comments about how great the hotel is and SF in general. That is all it takes in the day to make a guest feel welcomed!!! not hard but we do...

"The property itself was stunning. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The room was beautiful. The area around the hotel was rough. Construction everywhere and the homeless population was to the extent it felt unsafe to walk around. We witnessed a women drop her pants and defecate right out front in between two cars. Again properly beautiful but just watch your surroundings when not on the property itself. "
