Loved the outdoor area. Very unique and fun. Didn’t think price fit the property. Expensive for what you get.
Nice location near the wharf an easy walk. Pescatore restaurant attached is a great place to catch an evening meal and glass of wine.
This is a very nice 'newish' hotel within about 10 minutes (by shuttle) to the airport. Amenities were excellent, business suite was large and very clean. Very friendly staff all around
The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was really friendly. Thank you for helping make a wonderful weekend away.
Doesn't provide bottled water and necesscities by default - you have to request for them and water can only be filled on level 2 and level 4. The tap water murky so I don't recommend drinking. Overall is ok and clean.
I especially enjoy staying at the Pullman because of their gym and rooms are always nice.

The staff were incredible. So kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and the pool was perfect for kids. Definitely staying here from now on.

Just 2 km south of Pier 39 is the San Francisco Playhouse, which is the local hot spot for Broadway plays and other outstanding live performances. The playhouse is located in the Kensington Park Hotel, a Gothic-style building constructed in 1925. After taking in a masterpiece, why not make your way back to your 4-star hotel in San Francisco to catch some R&R?
