From the time we checked in the staff was so friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice hotel to stay at in San Francisco plus their body wash and lotion my favorite scent lol. But overall definitely recommend, if you’re visiting or just a staycation.

Beautifully designed hotel and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The entire hotel smells lovely with their signature scent but isn't overpowering. We will definitely recommend and stay again when we return to the city!

Superb hotel. Beautiful rooms. Wonderful staff. Food is delicious and surprisingly well-priced for any hotel let alone a higher end hotel. The outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy happy hour away from the crowds. Perfect location for business or personal travel. Hard to imagine a better hotel experience.
