"Beautiful "
The hotel itself was architecturally impressive and the staff very attentive. The room was a good size considering the age of the building, its location and price. I feel it was 100% worth the cost. However, I found the pillows a bit hard and the restroom organized inconveniently for being so small.

"Girls weekend in the Bay"
Stayed for two nights with a couple of friends. The hotel is cute, clean, very retro with cool features. The room was big enough for three girls, and the beds were super comfy. Definitely one of the nicer motels in the area, as we walked by many others I had looked at on Expedia. The location is worth the stay alone. It is central to all the fun bars and restaurants, and a quick uber ride to surrounding destinations. Marina district itself felt clean and safe. The only downside was the breakfast- it was SO BAD. Everything was stale (bagels, pastries, etc), the orange juice was gross, the coffee tasted burnt. We just made other breakfast arrangements. Overall, would totally stay there again.

"GREAT area, close to EVERYTHING!"
San Francisco is a 7 by 7 mile city so everything is close. Omni Hotel is located at the bottom of Knob Hill in the Financial District so it's pretty close to everything. The rooms are a little out date and case use new pillows and the bathroom doors weigh like they're made out of solid wood.. SUPER HEAVY to even close or open. Other than that, the hotel is great with a very friendly staff. You have a cable car literally right in front of the hotel so you can pretty much get everywhere and anywhere. I didn't get a chance to eat the restaurant on site but the food smelled AMAZING!

Overall, my stay was excellent The only suggestion I would make is that they offer a coffee pot in the room rather than free morning coffee on another floor. I like to have coffee while I get ready in the morning and tea at night before bed.

"Start breakfast earlier!"
This is an airport hotel. It is one of two nearly identical Embassy Suites hotels near SFO. The hotel is easily confused with its twin so having the correct address is a must. We stayed overnight to catch an early flight. The check in was slow, but our suite was comfortable and spacious. My one complaint is that the breakfast is only available starting at 6am. For most hotels this would be suitable, but many guests are at this airport hotel to catch early flights going east. For them, the breakfast is essentially useless. I paid for a suite for my family with breakfasts included but we were unable to use the meals.

There are so many things to do in San Francisco, it’s difficult to know where to start.

So why not begin with a place where you can do a lot of things at once? We’re talking about Fisherman’s Wharf. Located on the upper east side of the city, Fisherman’s Wharf hosts a number of attractions, including shopping, dining, restaurants, a carousel, and the Aquarium of the Bay. Where else can your kids learn about the local sea life and enjoy some clam chowder in a sourdough bowl? You can stick with the animal theme and head 10 km across town to the San Francisco Zoo. Polar bears, lemurs, and wolverines, oh my! Your little ones will love the critters, and you’ll love the zoo’s beautiful layout.

Want more family fun in San Francisco? The San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, located on the northern end of the city, is full of antique sailing ships and exhibits to explore. Learn how to set square-rigged sails on the Balclutha, or go for a jaunt around the bay on the schooner Alma. After a long day of exploration and excitement in San Francisco, a family hotel is the perfect place to retreat for some R&R. If you’re visiting in the winter, we recommend booking a hotel near Union Square, so you can bring the kids to see the ever-changing Winter Walk.

A family vacation is meant to be cherished and enjoyed. Get your trip off on the right foot and book with; you’ll get our Best Price Guarantee on our selection of San Francisco hotels. That means more money in your wallet instead of spent on accommodation. Isn’t that worth another trip to Pier 39?
