This hotel exceeded my expectations; it was clean and the staff was very friendly. The parking costs extra but it is worth having your car easily accessible. The free breakfast had a good selection.
Only negative was that there was a strong smell of cooked food in my room when guests used microwave in adjoining room to heat up some food.
The staff here are very friendly, and you can enjoy the free breakfast offered by them. In addition, the facility here is very good. The space here is considerable.
Overall, the hotel was acceptable (amenities, buffet breakfast, staff). We were just surprised with the room that was given to us. We never expected to get a room for "handicapped" (not clarified when reservation was made). It was a mistake that could have been corrected but because the hotel was ...
We enjoyed our stay, staff was great. They offer you warm cookies upon arrival which is a nice welcome. Room was clean, updated and stylish. Not too far from airport and shuttle is offered. Located in nice area overlooking the bay but there isn't anything within walking distance as far as restaurants, ...
Fantastic location in the heart of Chinatown. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds were very comfy, staff were kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
You’ll find something for everyone to enjoy when you bring your whole clan down to the Foggy City.
There are so many things to do in San Francisco, it’s difficult to know where to start.
So why not begin with a place where you can do a lot of things at once? We’re talking about Fisherman’s Wharf. Located on the upper east side of the city, Fisherman’s Wharf hosts a number of attractions, including shopping, dining, restaurants, a carousel, and the Aquarium of the Bay. Where else can your kids learn about the local sea life and enjoy some clam chowder in a sourdough bowl? You can stick with the animal theme and head 10 km across town to the San Francisco Zoo. Polar bears, lemurs, and wolverines, oh my! Your little ones will love the critters, and you’ll love the zoo’s beautiful layout.
Want more family fun in San Francisco? The San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, located on the northern end of the city, is full of antique sailing ships and exhibits to explore. Learn how to set square-rigged sails on the Balclutha, or go for a jaunt around the bay on the schooner Alma. After a long day of exploration and excitement in San Francisco, a family hotel is the perfect place to retreat for some R&R. If you’re visiting in the winter, we recommend booking a hotel near Union Square, so you can bring the kids to see the ever-changing Winter Walk.
A family vacation is meant to be cherished and enjoyed. Get your trip off on the right foot and book with Expedia.ca; you’ll get our Best Price Guarantee on our selection of San Francisco hotels. That means more money in your wallet instead of spent on accommodation. Isn’t that worth another trip to Pier 39?
