"Nice hotel centrally located"
The hotel was an upscale modern hotel. There was a good use of space in a city hotel. There were amazing views. The gym was well equipped. Overall very good experience.

"Pet friendly and easy stay "
We were moving from Taiwan to Utah and needed a place to stay over night with our dog and cat. There was a $25 pet fee, which wasn't a big deal, but we only stayed for a total of 12 hours, just so we could get some sleep before the next stretch of the journey. We checked in around 10pm, check in was quick and painless. We got settled in the room. The room was clean and nice, nothing super fancy, but decent. It isn't in the nicest of areas, but it wasn't sketchy or uncomfortable. The parking lot was very small so when we had to get our car loaded up and out the next morning that was a tad tricky. They do have overflow parking with a sister hotel across the street. Overall decent stay, nothing fancy, but the price was right.

"Really nice hotel in SF"
The hotel in SF is like those in NYC, really overpriced usually, and sometimes the star-rating got degraded when you actually get inside your room (sometimes not so good, like the W). But this one has really good location and facility, also everything is roomy and comfortable. Nothing special, just so you know. It's not like a hotel with exquisite furnitures or lamps or chairs, but the general quality is a solid five star, well at least for SF.

Our family of four stayed here during our vacation in San Francisco. Had a great time. Staff were warm and welcoming. There was candy in the room upon check-in! Hotel is a really nicely done new renovation of an old-school motor lodge, and they did a nice job. Rooms all face inward toward the courtyard/pool. There is parking for a relatively cheap $20 per day, either within the courtyard or in an overflow lot on the adjacent city block. Pool and courtyard were clean and the kids loved the hammocks and beach chairs. A fun and "happy" atmosphere. Near Union Street shops and restaurants and near Muni bus service (Chestnut St).

"Good, not great. "
Phone didn't work. Main window in room opened all the way (which was great!) but was missing a screen so mosquitoes took up residence. Pretty quiet overall.

"Convenient to Peninsula locations and SFO"
Just right for us. Great value, best of all available options. All went very smoothly through Reception. It was well staffed throughout our stay and responsive to our needs. The room was large, with basic furnishings, but really comfortable and everything working exceptionally well. We had two queen sized beds that were very comfortable. The bathroom had new fixtures as well, with European style efficiency. There were no frills but everything just right. The location is good: convenient and easy to find, easy for getting on and off the highway. The property is very secure. It was just right for us.

"Quiet and close to SF city"
Very QUIET! Easy access to the city and a great price ($183/night). The room was contemporary and efficient - reminded me of a NYC loft apartment. Fun and stylish.
