I've been staying here for years while visiting San Francisco. Large spacious rooms and close to Embarcadero and Chinatown. Wonderful helpful staff, who will remember your name.
Hotel was clean, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. No issues at all. If you are looking for a clean place for your family at a reasonable price, this is the place for you.
Clean and comfortable bed..not noisy. Restaurants near by and also shopping plaza. Airport also close by so definitely I would pick this place.
I didn't expect our room to be very small with no view. I couldn't even put my luggage near the bed as there was no space. For the paid per night, I expected a bigger room. That was the only downside to it.
NOT TOO BAD FOR A 1 NIGHT STAY. GOT THE UPGRADED ROOM THAT WAS LOCATED AT THE 2ND BUILDING IN THE BACK. KIND OF SCARY BUT NOT AS BAD THAN I THOUGHT SO. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NEAT. SOME OF THE PLUG INS LIKE IN THE BATHROOM WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. OVERALL NOT A BAD STAY FOR A NIGHT.
The hotel was very nice, the bedding and pillows were wonderful. The hotel atmosphere has a friendly and homey feeling. The location is close to the Wharf and other scenic areas of San Francisco. Despite the hotel being under renovations, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Located on the Berkeley Marina, this place has some pretty views of the bay. Our only negative was that there is nothing nearby, and you can't walk anywhere, because it's on the wrong side of the freeway.
