I really liked the property. The staff was always nice and courteous and the continental breakfast was decent. Not the best but pretty good for being free. The rooms were a lot smaller than I thought though at least to me. Especially the bathroom it felt like a closet. And there’s a balcony but no where to sit so that was a little disappointing.

First time staying here. Close to Fisherman’s Wharf. Room was clean. Heater worked. Staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was a great perk. It was nice to sit down and eat before leaving for the day. I would definitely stay here again.

They don't have proper insulation. It means, you couldn't sleep and you would hear every single foot step, or talking, or door opening, etc. Apart from the insulation problem, the rest was great.

The hotel, staff and breakfast was great! The hotel could use a little updating but overall a nice place. Location is excellent if you want to be in the Fishermans Wharf area. The area itself outside the hotel is dirty and somewhat noisy but so is everything right downtown.
