Noisy in-room furnace unit kept waking us up. Poor water pressure. Lousy small shower head that came out of the ceiling was a joke. No hand-held shower head that would have made taking a shower quicker & more thorough. Towels are like sandpaper. I booked this place based on the name that supposed to stand for higher standards. Not so much.
