"Very nice boutique hotel"
The staff could not have been more friendly. As a single woman staying there, I also felt very safe throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean, with lots of extras such as daily newspaper, free Wi-Fi, bathrobes, and available umbrella.

"Heart of Japantown"
Reasonably priced, clean, with an attentive staff. Great area to walk around and eat japanese food. Only negative was that one elevator was down during my stay, but it didn't seem to be that crowded for Thanksgiving. Small exercise gym also available. Good value.

The Scarlet Huntington Hotel

"Nice hotel nearby SF union square and Chinatown"
Located in Nob Hill in SF, my family enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. We enjoyed walking to Union Square for Christmas tree lighting ceremony and having nice meals...and shopping, shopping and more shopping. Walking to Chinatown was just as convenient, as we enjoyed Dim Sum and more shopping. I recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and great hotel staff! Just be aware of the age restriction of 16, if you're looking for indoor pool use...

"Nice hotel very convenient for Union Square"
We stayed 3 nights. It was good. We had asked for a high floor room - this was not provided which was a pity. The staff were very helpful although the concierge did not seem all that knowledgeable of the local area.

The image of San Francisco’s fog-swept waterfront will stick with you long after you head for home.

Head out into the fog and visit the Ferry Building Marketplace, located along the Embarcadero on the northeastern side of the city. Not only is this the main artery for ferry traffic heading into the city, it’s also home to a wonderful farmers market full of fresh local produce, meats, and much more. You can sit down for a delicious breakfast, or stock up on goods to bring back to your hotel for later consumption. As the fog lifts, go west to the Marina District. Here’s where you’ll find upscale shopping, along with a beautiful waterfront park and a view of San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz Island, and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Any trip to the big city means a visit to Union Square is in order. It’s not just a great place for shopping, though the square is home to many prominent boutiques and department stores. It’s also full of restaurants and cafes, and there’s always something going on, including a Christmas tree and menorah lighting during the winter and art shows in the summer. The magic continues in a San Francisco boutique hotel; when you stay in one, you’ll enjoy custom styling, little touches like unique artwork, and meals cooked from locally grown produce.

No matter what time of year you decide to travel, will get you there with big savings. You’ll get our Best Price Guarantee when you book a hotel in San Francisco, leaving you with more money in your pocket to spend on the important things like another fine meal at Union Square.
