"Great hotel in the middle of everything"
Everything was great especially the staff at reception. We had a great room overlooking the street. Be mindful that some rooms are smaller with windows facing other buildings. Request a room with a view.

"What a Wonderful Find!"
We came for the 49ers v. Packers game (GO PACK GO) and really just needed a place to lay our heads. However, we ended up relaxing in the room more than we usually would have because it was so comfortable. The staff that we encountered, Omar, Olivia, Edgardo, and Ann, were so helpful and sweet. Omar made sure we knew how to get everywhere. He whipped out a map and started circling where we were going. This made it especially easy to get around. We had the complimentary breakfast which had all kinds of things to choose from and was so convenient for us on game day. I'm not sure what Edgardo's title is, but he was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. On top of that, he baked homemade cookies for the entire hotel that were SO delicious. What a treat! Olivia helped me with some Internet issues I had and helped us print out our boarding passes for our flight home. We only met Ann on the way out, but what a sweetheart! Just a really nice, homey place we would recommend highly and will return to when visiting San Francisco again.

Hotel Kabuki - a Joie de Vivre Boutique Hotel

"Nice, simple hotel "
Hotel kabuki was a nice stay. The rooms are standard. The location of this hotel is perfect because you can basically get to every location within 20 min. The only thing that didn't work was the coffee machine. there is no door to the whole bathroom. The toilet does have its own door.

Hotel Adagio, Autograph Collection

550 Geary St, San Francisco - Map
Largely very satisfactory experience. Pleasant, helpful service, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed room. Thorough facilities and amenities. Two complaints: At a facility of such quality and price, there should be no charge for in-room WIFI and no charge for business center use. These shortcomings are mostly obviated by the use of a personal iPhone WIFI hotspot and personal tablet, but they're still somewhat unwelcoming.

Mystic Hotel by Charlie Palmer

417 Stockton St, San Francisco - Map
"Good location "
In easy walking distance to the majority of the towns attractions. My only negative comment would be in regards to the shower in the room - the water pressure was weak and didn't feel like you'd showered !!

"Needs work"
1. Carpet was disgusting 2. I had called the night before to let them know our dog would not be joining us. The dog bed wax on the floor when we arrived in our room. 3. We wanted to stay another night. The place was booked so they let us check out late at 1pm. The staff called us 3 times, between 11:30 am - 12:45pm to see when we are leaving. 4. Location/ view was not good, compared to the $500 + we paid for one night stay.

The image of San Francisco’s fog-swept waterfront will stick with you long after you head for home.

Head out into the fog and visit the Ferry Building Marketplace, located along the Embarcadero on the northeastern side of the city. Not only is this the main artery for ferry traffic heading into the city, it’s also home to a wonderful farmers market full of fresh local produce, meats, and much more. You can sit down for a delicious breakfast, or stock up on goods to bring back to your hotel for later consumption. As the fog lifts, go west to the Marina District. Here’s where you’ll find upscale shopping, along with a beautiful waterfront park and a view of San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz Island, and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Any trip to the big city means a visit to Union Square is in order. It’s not just a great place for shopping, though the square is home to many prominent boutiques and department stores. It’s also full of restaurants and cafes, and there’s always something going on, including a Christmas tree and menorah lighting during the winter and art shows in the summer. The magic continues in a San Francisco boutique hotel; when you stay in one, you’ll enjoy custom styling, little touches like unique artwork, and meals cooked from locally grown produce.

No matter what time of year you decide to travel, will get you there with big savings. You’ll get our Best Price Guarantee when you book a hotel in San Francisco, leaving you with more money in your pocket to spend on the important things like another fine meal at Union Square.
