It was scary to walk around hotel . Valid $90 , so sad & unfair. The Expedia sent you email that parking is $90 after you booked. Area felt dangerous to park your car in public parking which was $54.

Understand the situation in San Francisco. At one time when ate in the bar, a homeless came in wondering around and put his stuff that looks like not clean on an empty table. After he left, a hotel customer came occupy the table without being sanitize.

Staff was great when we showed up...very accommodating. The valet parking was a JOKE....$96 is absolutely ridiculous...even for California standards. The restaurant also charged $39 for a buffet style breakfast which is also way too much. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice.

The staff at the front desk who were overwhelmed with too many people to check in and then not enough. Staff were very nasty. Took us almost 45 minutes just to check in as we stood in line. Hotel is incredibly loud and has many conferences going on. Do not stay here if you want a warm nice environment.
