"When we first arrived, we were not pleased with our room layout, so we spoke with Syed at the front desk. He was most helpful and offered us a choice of two different rooms, one of which was to our liking. Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that the floors are somewhat thin and we could hear the children in the room above ours, although that was only for one night. I would recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is beginning to look rundown. The hallway carpet was ripped and lifting and very dirty in some areas. In our room the headboard was greasy, the room darkening curtains were ripped and there were dirty spots around our room. The biggest issue was water temperature- one shower was lukewarm and the 2nd time it was downright cold. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
