"Parking Fee of $50 was ridiculous considering parking in the area was $10/day. The cleaning staff were bothering people an hour or two before check out. Staff left cleaning and stock rooms open so you could see all the piles of towels and garbage as you walked down the hall. Don't be fooled by courtyard view it's just a parking lot. This section of the hotel looks like an old motel that was connected to the high rise hotel so they could have extra rooms. "

"the hotel is beautiful. Our room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. HOWEVER, during our three night four days stay hot water in the shower was an issue weight staff in one of their dining room rooms. Zero customer service would walk away when you would ask a question without even acknowledging you. But it is close to Niagara Falls. It is very close to amenities unfortunately for us this time the Hilton witches the hotel chain we always use the left as highly disappointment -1 star."

"Good but too crowded, they should limit more the attendance. No almond milk which for 500 dollars per night, no cappuccino at the buffet place for breakfast. Overall good but not excellent. Staff always impatient. "

"Breakfast buffet was worth it!! Omelet station, yogurt bar, food for kids, and all the breakfast food you could think of!! The view of the falls was awesome! We were on the 22nd floor and had a beautiful view! In our room they had chairs that you could in to watch the falls. When we go back we will be staying here!! "

"Breakfast fruit was not fresh. The "maple syrup" was NOT real maple syrup but just regular breakfast syrup. The rest of the hot breakfast was good. Room was clean and excellent"

"Unfortunately, this hotel is under renovation so some amenities were not available or up to the standard, I grew accustomed to from past visits with my family. When I booked this hotel, there was no mention it was under renovation. This is useful information to know about when booking or looking for accommodation. "
