"For the price we paid this hotel is excellent, significantly exceeding our expectations. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds and a standard hotel washroom. The service was also great - staff were very friendly, available 24/7 and helpful - we forgot some toiletries and the front desk provided these to us for free. The pool has a hot tub and sauna which was nice and also very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very much appreciated. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend. It's also less than a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill where all the attractions are. "

"First time in Niagara Falls and First time stay at Embassy. AMAZING!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only 2 issues we had was that we requested a room with jacuzzi tub in our but the room wasn’t available because we got there an hour before check in. BUT the MOD was able to get us another room with an amazing view. So we were able to get to our room immediately without waiting. Also the pool area was taken up the whole time by kids. If possible maybe an adult hour at the end of the night. Will definitely be back!!!"
