"Good location for going to shows. But it's elbow to elbow tourists. Were ripped off by yellow cab driver who said his meter wasn't working after he started to drive. Arranged by the hotel curb side staff!!"

"Was initially given a teeny tiny room but staff told me they could move me to a bigger room the next day and they did. I like that the windows actually open for fresh air. Wasn’t thrilled that they added the elevator key card since last time but I guess in NYC they have to have it for safety. Just gets annoying. It’s a cute place in a great location."

"Great location in Midtown. Easy access to the subway. Close to time Square. We had the business room. Tiny storage but worked mostly. Not really comfortable for anything but sleeping however. Don't expect to watch tv together. The patio was closed and we had no idea. We likely would have stayed elsewhere if we had known this when booking. So that was disappointing. Good for a short stay. Reasonable cost. Not a glamourous hotel but decent and clean. "

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"The original rooms air conditioning wasn’t cooling and I asked for someone to come and check it out and instead, they upgraded me to a larger cooler room! It was great!"

"The staff at the Courtyard Marriott were the highlight of this stay. I consulted the staff about music, directions and food. The correspondence was always beyond helpful and fun. I would stay there again simply because of the staff. There were three of us, so queen beds would have been preferred. But, beds were super comfortable! "

"The staff was great and gave a good warm welcome. But they only Have two elevators and the breakfast is alright. It is a 15min walk from time square and relatively safe. It was an average stay with outdated rooms and bathrooms."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and looked modern. After I checked out I was able to left my bags stored several hours while I was enjoying the city waiting the time to go to the airport. I’m booking again on June. Highly recommend!"
