"Great location but definitely not ideal for light sleepers. Any noise in the hallway is quite audible in the room. Folks just closing their doors near your room is very noticeable. My husband and I were woken up every morning to folks leaving their rooms around 7. Other than that, the rooms are pretty big for Manhattan and the location is so convenient for the subway. "

"We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and it was resolved quickly. Our room did have some stains in the carpet but otherwise clean, large and comfortable. Excellent location. Loved our stay and would stay again. "

"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! "Absolutely, let's revise that: I had an outstanding stay at the Kimberly Hotel. The hotel features traditional decor and is impeccably clean. The service was top-notch, making me feel like I was at a luxury hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended."

"The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule. The room was clean, modern, and spacious (the bathroom was a bit small, but that worked fine for me). The staff was friendly, and if you are looking to stay in Midtown, the location is unbeatable.
