The staff was extremely friendly and worked very hard, especially to serve the breakfast when it was very busy. Value for money, amazing with breakfast included. Rooms were spacious for New York City, and for a family of four, they are outdated but still very worth it! Location, amazing close to everything. 5 mins to Times Square but far enough away not to be noisy! 15 min walk to Grand Central station was awesome!

This was our first trip to New York! The staff was welcoming, hospitable and helpful!! We felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast included with the room was complete and the seating area provided a view from a variety of seating options. We were able to walk to many interesting sites and a park was just down the street. We would definitely recommend and visit again!!

This is a great hotel within walking distance of Times Square, Rockefeller Centre, Empire State Building and Central Park. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurant and deli options right out the door.Staff were all very friendly. Checkin was easy and they arranged a cab to the airport for us at a flat rate. The rooms are a bit dated, but comfy and have a few dishes in the kitchenette. Overall it is a great choice if you want to be close to the action in Manhattan.
