Don’t arrive on the red eye. No check ins before 1:30pm. Rooms have been remodeled, but poorly. There were gaps around electrical outlets, and excess ugly caulking in kitchen sink and showere. Also long waits for the elevators on the morning. I was on the 20th floor, and missed 3 full elevators, and walked down the stairs several mornings. Except for one front desk with an infected nose piercing, all staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Everything was beyond wonderful. The only thing that could have been improved upon was the elevators. There was one elevator that broke down a few times. Being a busy time of the year, it created long wait times to use the remaining elevators.
