Area is very close to everything you need, Walmart, Oxxo, beach, there is a Starbucks in the lobby, the bar/restaurant outside the hotel is very good with very cheap drinks and food. "I went by myself and felt very safe. The staff always kept an eye on me and did everything they could to make it a great experience. I absolutely will go back here. Their part of the beach is very beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like is that the native people are allowed to come around on the beach and try to sell you stuff… cups, sunglasses, hats. I didn’t want to be hounded to buy stuff I didn’t want or need. But I can’t say enough good things about the staff! It was a clean resort. Drinks were good. Food is pretty good. I drank the non bottled water and ate the ceviche and fruit. Didn’t get sick whereas I previously had at other resorts. "
