We stayed 7 nights at Little Gem Hotel in Tulum (Early April), located in the La Veleta neighbourhood. This was our very first vacation in Mexico, so we don’t have much to compare it to—but our experience was fantastic.
We chose this hotel based on its price, location, and the most recent reviews, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms and pool were consistently clean, and the location was perfect—especially if you enjoy great food, whether...

Me and wife stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We are highly recommending Sana Hotel. We definitely consider returning to this place as All aspect of this resort was excellent. From overall service to food. Rooms and design is amazing. Every corner is spotless and clean.
We tried most of the food option and not even once we had a Mediocare dish. Pablo by the beach gave us a great and pleasant service. Alexis at concierge was very helpful. We have no negative comment. Might me helpful to Mention...

Great place to experience the wilderness and the forest as well as cenotes. Exceptional service in a remote area. Very nice staff. Be mindful that if you plan a trip at night the roads are too bad only good if you want an off-roading experience. We got delayed and the roads were scary.

The hotel has an amazing ambience, great music by the cenote, amazing food, really friendly staff. A lot of attention has been given to the design and aesthetic of the rooms and the hotel public area. The hotel made us feel immersed in a jungle garden as everything is well maintained. Hotel is also close to many restaurants and club at walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and crisp. Cleanliness is amazing throughout the property.

Gorgeous hotel! Pristine place . The rooms, pools, landscaping, cleanliness, comfort, staff are all incredible. Only cons are that it’s not near anything. You need a car to get around. They offer golf cart shuttle to a convenience store to grab food or drinks. The menu is limited at the hotel restaurant. No tip option on hand pay machines so bring cash . They can’t make small change so it’s a bit inconvenient. We ran out small bills then couldn’t tip anymore. No nightly entertainment either. It...

It was an amazing and relaxing at stay for a week! The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing, and they are always out making pathways and pools clear of leaves. The hotel has a private jungle feeling! We stayed in the room that had its own private pool- the only thing missing was a fridge within the room, as we didn’t want to buy some drinks and have them warm. The trees made it feel so private but it was never being in the sun and it remained quite cold!

We enjoyed every moment we spent at Cabanas Tulum. We had a beachfront cabana that we absolutely loved! The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful - was like a home away from home. Ziggy's restaurant was beyond our expectations. The food and drinks are wonderful - from breakfast to lunch to dinner - all were well prepared and delicious. We didn't want to leave - this is a truly special place.

I recently had a sublime experience at the hotel bardo :) after two years of the pandemic lockdown, reemerging at this transformative hotel was a divinely magical experience and one I hope i can return to-- every place you go on this property smells wonderful and the villas are gorgeous. obviously, the owners really care about the aesthetic value. it is simply a testament to beauty. i was able to partake in some yoga, sound healing, and the Temazcal ceremony--:)
