### Beautiful Luxury Apartment Zara

Luxury apartment Zara is located in the city of Zadar, which is famous for its most beautiful sunsets. A special advantage is that it is located in the very center of this city, in the immediate vicinity of the main city square. Therefore, everything you want is within reach: restaurants, pizzerias, the Roman Forum, Greeting to the Sun, and numerous cafes where the locals drink coffee every day. You will especially like the fact that the apartment is only 200 meters away from the clear Adriatic Sea and the waterfront.  
Luxury apartment Zara was renovated in 2023, is located on the 2nd floor and is a beautiful object that you will fully enjoy. With its area of ​​​​115 m2 of living space, it offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, each of which has a double bed (180x200). There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower. As additional amenities, you can use an iron and a hairdryer.  
The modernly furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals for your family or friends. There are many shops near the apartment, and there is also a market where you can find local fruits and vegetables. The living room with a corner sofa will be an ideal place for evening gatherings with your favorite movies for the whole family. The dining room is located between the kitchen and the living room and has 6 seats.  
Public parking is available for a fee.  
One of the trademarks of the city of Zadar is certainly the Zadar barcajoli, which for many years have been transporting people from both ends of the city harbor with small boats. The barcajoli is actually used to go to the city, but also to go out of it. The barcas are easy to recognize, by their characteristic orange color. During his stay in Zadar, the famous director Alfred Hitchcock could not admire the sunset enough, and according to legend, he said that the Zadar sunset was even more beautiful than the one in Key West, Florida.  
Be sure to visit cities such as Nin or Biograd na moru. Nin is known as a romantic town that will delight you with its beautiful historical story and charming streets, where you will definitely want to take photos and create memories for a lifetime!  
  
Every year, Biograd na moru prepares a program for its guests that includes a series of performances by cultural and artistic societies, dances, various open-air concerts, fishing festivals, fairs of national products and specialties with tastings. Children will be delighted by Aquapark Biograd and Dalmaland Fun & Water Park, where they will be able to have fun in water attractions that guarantee fun for the whole family!
