Villa Heavenly Lotus is a beautiful, spacious, and tastefully furnished property located in the serene residential area of Costa Papagayo, Playa Blanca. Upon entering Villa Heavenly Lotus, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway that leads into a spacious, open-plan living and dining area. This area is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a dining table with seating for four and overhead lighting with a low-noise fan to keep the space cool. A large sofa and coffee table create the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the large SMART TV, which includes a Mag box offering all major channels, including BBC, ITV, CH4, Sky channels, box sets, movies, and more. An adjacent internal open-air seating area accommodates four guests, providing a serene spot for relaxation.



The formal living room opens into a fully enclosed conservatory that doubles as a second dining area. This space includes seating for six and an L-shaped sofa, ideal for relaxing with a book or simply enjoying the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool terrace and gardens.



The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located off the hallway and features modern appliances such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, and toaster, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary endeavors.



The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a set of drawers. The overhead light includes a low-noise fan. The en-suite bathroom features a WC, a bath with an overhead shower, twin hand basins, and vanity mirrors.



The second bedroom includes twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a bedside table with a reading lamp, and an overhead light with a low-noise fan.



A separate family shower room offers a spacious step-in shower, WC, and a single hand wash basin unit with a lighted vanity mirror.



Patio doors from the second dining area open onto the spacious pool terrace, featuring a private swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m, depth 1.6m to 1.2m with steps entry), which is electrically heated from November to April. The terrace also includes a hot tub/jacuzzi, providing an additional luxury for relaxation. A Canarian charcoal BBQ is available for outdoor cooking, and the mature landscaped garden enhances the villa's serene ambiance. The exclusive Marina Rubicon boasts a fabulous selection of privately owned boats, a shopping center, boutiques, bars, and restaurants, all set in a privileged location with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This vibrant area is within a 20-minute walk of the villa. Reliable and affordable bus and taxi services are available, making it easy to explore the region.



The villa offers off-street parking for one car and is all on one floor for easy accessibility.



Villa Heavenly Lotus is fully prepared for arrival and departure, with an inclusive cleaning service. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, additional cleaning and linen/towel changes are provided mid-stay. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are supplied, along with pool/beach towels for your convenience.



Prices are based on up to two people sharing. Additional guests are charged a supplement. The first child under two years of age stays free of charge. Cots and high chairs are available upon request at an additional cost of €25 per week per item.
