The house was in a perfect location for his events, the beach and downtown area. Also close to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was perfect! Enough room for 4 adults, a lovely screened in porch and outdoor area to relax. The house was very clean and perfectly decorated. I was ready to move in. We cooked and baked and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials (bowls, measuring cups, etc).
