"The mattress was ancient. I couldn’t sleep all night because I was sinking into it and dying of back pain. Also, the toilet bowl was super tiny. I’ve never seen one that small at a hotel. Not even in Europe!"

"The beds were comfy & the room & bathroom were clean. I’m not thrilled that as a paying customer, you also have to pay to park your car overnight. $10 & I had prepaid. I just find it to be a ridiculous junk fee. It’s literally the hotels parking lot. Not a parking garage in a big city. I wish there was a microwave if not in our room then at least down by the ice machine. The only microwave I was made aware of is in the main lobby. Aside from that, the property is well kept & the Niagara River flows right outside the huge spacious pool area. The pool area features a ping pong table, Cornhole boards, a river facing seating area.
