Excellent staff, very clean and close to the shopping plaza. There was only one down fall, the stay wasn't longer enough, just a weekend trip.

We stayed here for 2 nights. From checking in the staff let us know that the hotel was sold out and service may be delayed if we call down to the front desk. Getting into our room it was dirty with no housekeeping in sight. Because our son was beyond nap time we set up his playyard and let him nap. I went to Target and bought cleaning supplies to wipe down the room. I couldn't believe what it looked like. Cobwebs, left over party decorations on the ceiling, the ledges in the kitchen haven't been touched in a while, bugs on the bathroom floor, dirty shower and the fridge still have rings from I assume beverages that were from previous guests. When I spoke to the manager and head of housekeeping they advised that they will give my feedback to the cleaning staff...

Princess at front desk was super sweet and helpful upon our early check in for funeral. Happy with accommodations and generous space. Only thing I would change is clean out kitchen sink disposal- was a little smelly.
