The property is poor, for a Marriott property. The bathroom was dirty as there was a long stand of hair in the bathtub. The air conditioning didn’t work and our room didn’t cool below 75 degrees. The bed was comfy and it was a large room. The airport is just across the street so it is convenient for transportation purposes. The property is beside a Residence Inn and a Courtyard property and the was no parking, so I had to park in an adjacent parking lot. The staff working the night we checked in was very friendly and helpful; however, I had called a while before my reservation to see if I could modify it but no one ever got back to me and when I called the property the staff I spoke to was so incredibly rude.

The room was very warm and unable to get it to a comfortable temp. Most of the time only one elevator was working so the wait time was very long. Get to breakfast as soon as it starts or you won’t get anything.

Appreciated the staff receiving and handling all of my amazon deliveries prior to my arrival at the hotel. Also like this property with EV chargers. However, with only 4 chargers, I see there's a need to increase the number of chargers, as more ppl are owning and driving an EV now.

Staff were professional and helpful, checking in with us to make sure we had all we needed once settled into our two rooms. Rooms were spotless. Pool area is very nice and again very clean - large pool and hot tub. Extremely comfortable seating options around the pool. Rooms were very quiet. Highly recommend.

I had to wait over 10 minutes to locate a staff person at the front desks both at check in and check out. I asked for a 4 am wake up call that never happened. It would have been nice to have coffee at all times.
