The front desk staff was very helpful! 1st room my son checked into, they went to freshen up, the towels were dirty, hsd to get cleans from the desk. They pulled the covers down and the sheets were dirty this was at 130 in the morning. Front desk put them in another room! 2 nd room, another son and his wife were checking it out, abd found what looked like drugs and a pipe under the mattress along with a used condom, again the front desk was very helpful by refunded there money. My daughter in law refused to stay there after that! Over all your desk clerks were helpful, but we will not be back! People smoking dope on the balconies, noise throughout the night. Not an environment I want to expise my family too

Please make sure you always have the safety lock on inside your room. We stayed two night and the room was reassigned twice during our stay. One being at 1230am and we have two little kids. Thank god they were unable to get in d/t the safety lock being on. I do have to say, they did reimburse us for the stay, but how scary.

I stayed there for four nights. They are lack of staff. They didn't even change bed sheets or towels for all four days. Room is not cleaned through out the stay. Not sure why Expedia even have this hotel in their list.

We had to pay around 240 dollars due to limited inventory on July 5th. On check-in one of the bed does not have the linens and we had to make our beds. Hallways have bad odor. You can smell the smoke which is not healthy. Ther was No refrigerator, iron and microwave.

The facility was not what we expected for our exciting, long awaited, girls trip, nor what we are accustomed to. Customer service was not welcoming upon our arrival. It was dirty with people loitering in the vestibule with dogs and other animals. In one of the rooms the bedspread was soiled with hair. Beds not made properly. Bathroom smelled like urine. The female manager on duty the next day was very kind in listening to our complaints and like the professional that she is, made things right.

Comfortable room without any special amenities, it suits the purpose. Light switch next to the door does not put on any light in the room, those are on the bedside tables and the desk. No fresh towels were brought on the second day and the used ones were not taken.

The room was in a terrible condition . Not swept or mopped properly , dusty. There was kids of dust , dirt and things left behind under the beds too. They tried to be accommodating and give us another room but it was the same and wreaked of weed. Not worth the price . Rather pay more and go elsewhere
