This rental is located on floor 1. Dock details: All boats, trailers & personal watercraft on Bay Point property must be registered with the Bay Point Homeowners Association before launching. Boat slips will be assigned upon completing the registration. Please use only the boat slip assigned to you. All boats & personal watercraft must be secured in a boat slip at night. For safety no boats or watercraft are allowed to be left overnight tied to the day docks for any reason. All boats & watercraft must be secured for the night in the assigned boat slip. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. However, there was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and by the time we realized it was late at night. No other toilet paper in the apartment. When I called the vacasa, they said they would send someone over right away. No one showed up until 11am the next day with toilet paper and paper towels. The lady that dropped them off was upset because she thought we moved chairs outside, which we didn't, they were like that when we arrived. The bathroom was also a little gross. Hair in the tub and dust and hair on the heat register. It made us feel like all the cleaning guidelines they said they were following weren't followed. We also tried to run the dishwasher like they asked, but there were no dishwasher pods. All in all, beautiful location, loved the lake view and dock but felt unsafe about cleanliness and like we were not a priority as customers. ##### Autumn S. When attempting to cancel the reservation, could not find anyone to talk to, all phone numbers were unresponsive, took 2 days for them to get back to me via email. STILL have not gotten back to me. Nice views of the lake as well. As far as critiques: The furniture is dated but we don't care about that stuff. The lighting could be better within the unit as well. Neither of those are big deals to us but it's something to consider if that's a big deal to you. ##### Gilles A. Interior didn't really match the pictures, but it was a nice little condo in a good location. It was clean and well maintained, other than some wonky rocking chairs in the living room that will probably break before you read this. The unit we got was right on the water, and the complex is nicely situated on the lake, about four minutes from downtown and <15 minutes from the ski lifts at Big Mountain. ##### Spencer P.
