First and foremost the owner is wonderful. Very responsive and has provided most anything you will need during your stay. This property is very secluded and is exactly what we were looking for. Played cards on the dock by the river. Enjoyed the back deck. You will love how clean this property is kept. Peaceful and very relaxing to get away from the congestion of city life. Yet, only 15-20 minutes to get to Lake City without traffic jams. Highly recommend you eat at Marion Street Bistro in downtown Lake City. The kitchen is fully equipped. The property sits in the middle of state forest with no neighbors and seems remote but is only a mile from the highway, but you wouldn't know it. The FT runs right in front of the property and is a great hike for as far as you want to go.The host is very hospitable and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.
