A comfortable flat located on Wynalazek Street in a modern estate, this is an excellent offer for those looking for a comfortable flat in a prestigious location. The district is part of Służewiec, it is characterised by its proximity to the centre and at the same time a cosy, peaceful atmosphere. The estate provides excellent leisure conditions thanks to its well-developed infrastructure. It is an attractive location, which is evidenced by excellent transport links to the city centre, the possibility of fast access to the metro station, the proximity of the railway station and the airport - the nearest metro station is less than 2.3 km from the estate, the Warszawa Służewiec railway station is 900 metres away, and Chopin Airport is only 3 km away! The convenient location makes it possible to take advantage of the city's wide range of amenities, as well as offering excellent access to cultural, retail and catering establishments. For larger shopping needs, the Galeria Mokotów shopping centre with over 200 shops, a food court and a cinema is located 750 m from the flat. The development also has a garage hall, serviced by an external company. Parking reservations can be made in the lobby of the building. The number of parking spaces is limited.

The flat's space has been functionally designed to meet all guests' needs. Amenities include multimedia equipment (flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi). In addition, an iron, ironing board and washing machine are available in the flat. The bathroom includes free toiletries, towels and a hairdryer.
