### Charming One Bedroom East Riverside Cottage

Experience the best of Waco from this charming one-bedroom cottage in the historic East Riverside neighborhood. Located just five minutes from downtown Waco, Magnolia Market, and Baylor University, this 863 sq. ft. home boasts high ceilings, lots of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and two breezy porches. The king bed, a mix of modern and antique furnishings, WiFi, and an XL Smart TV ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Monthly stays are welcome.  
  
Waco Vacation Rentals manages the property and is available to respond to any questions you have about the property or the check in process. You will be emailed a digital welcome LINK with area information 7 days before your stay, complete with popular places to see, favorite restaurants and things to do in Waco.  
On the day of your arrival, you will receive a TEXT message and an EMAIL with access information at 1:00 pm Central Time for your vacation rental. This is self check in property at 3 p.m or after.  
  
  
Waco's historic East Riverside neighborhood is a charming and lively area that's rich in history and culture. The neighborhood is located just 5 minutes from downtown Waco and is home to some of the city's top attractions, including Magnolia Market and Baylor University. You'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and local shops to explore, as well as beautiful parks and outdoor spaces. Revival Eastside Eatery and Brotherwell Brewery are just blocks away from the Cottage and are highly recommended.  
  
  
  
The entire property will be yours to enjoy during your stay! This means you'll have full access to all the amenities and features listed in the listing description, such as the fully equipped kitchen, comfy bedroom and bathroom, and any outdoor spaces or porches. Our goal is to ensure you have everything you need to feel right at home, so please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do to make your stay even more comfortable. We'll provide you with all the  
information you need to access the property and get settled in easily.  
  
The cottage features one large bedroom with a king-size canopy bed and memory foam mattress, as well as a full-sized dresser for clothing storage. The bathroom is spacious with a double sink, bathtub/shower combo, and plenty of cabinet space and shelving for toiletries.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes apartment-sized appliances and all the utensils you'll need to cook up a delicious meal at home. There's even a kitchen bar area with stools for quick meals or a casual drink. The dining area is conveniently located off the kitchen, and there's a sofa sleeper futon twin with a pair of armchairs in the living area for relaxing and accommodating additional guests.  
  
There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the pantry for your convenience. If you're working remotely during your stay, you'll appreciate the task chair and small pull-out desk tucked away in an antique cabinet off the dining area.  
  
Waco is a friendly and easy-to-navigate city, with a variety of transportation options available to help you get around. If you're in the city center, you'll find that many of the attractions and points of interest are within walking distance. For those who prefer to have their own transportation, there are several rental car agencies located in the city as well as Uber and Lyft. No matter how you choose to get around, you'll find that Waco is a great place to explore and experience all that the city has to offer.
