### Cozy gîte with air conditioning, perfect for hikers

Semi-detached cottage of 80m² on the ground floor. "Old Road" has a separate entrance and a large grassy garden of 600m² adjoining and private with all the furniture to spend pleasant moments outdoors: wooden table, parasol, barbecue, sun loungers, ... The cottage consists of a spacious air-conditioned living room with a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room with wood stove. There is a bedroom with a 140 bed, an alcove with two 80 beds that can be combined on request into a 160 bed, a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Friends bikers, mountain bikers and hikers, the accommodation has a closed garage! Nadège & Christophe welcome you to their house built in 2009 consisting of a cottage and a year-round rental. This comfortable single-storey cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of many hiking trails and paths, mountain bike circuits, ... Walkers, cyclists, horse riders, trail runners, here, everyone will find their ideal playground!  
  
The price includes: - Charges (heating, electricity, wood, gas and water)   
Be careful in case of excessive consumption an additional cost may be charged to you
