Nice and welcoming, air-conditioned studio flat on the ground floor of a residence, only 400 m away from the sea and the bathing establishments. Top location for vacation, in the privileged area of Umag-Punta near the Stella Maris where the renowned ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament in Umag has been taking place for years.  
  
New, welcoming, modern and functional apartment for two people on the ground floor with a small terrace overlooking the pool. The 18 m2 air-conditioned studio apartment is composed of the sleeping area with double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, bed linen is provided (changed weekly), flat screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection ( possible poor network in some periods of the day inside the studio flat). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, external window, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, two bath towels per person are provided. The kitchenette equipped with electric ceramic hob with two hotplates, small fridge, coffee machine, kettle, pots, cups, plates and cutlery. A dining table with two chairs is available. The exit to the 6 m2 covered terrace furnished with a table and two chairs adjoining the swimming pool. For those who love privacy, curtains are available to close off the terrace area. The accommodation is an excellent choice for spending a holiday in complete relaxation and comfort.  
  
The house offers for free use: deck chairs, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, gazebo, barbecue. Bicycles are available for a fee. The playground and free public parking are close to the house.The apartment is part of a residence with 11 apartments of various types that are rented out.

The nearest beach at 400 m, the grocery store at 800 m, the restaurant at 300 m.In the vicinity of the apartment there are a couple of restaurants and pizzerias. The Punta restaurant about 800 m from the house offers a vast choice of fish menus, appetizers, first courses and deserts. At only 400 m there is the station of the tourist train which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in central Umag and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or you can reach it with the tourist train.The center of Umag 1.5 km from the house.In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris holiday village, night clubs, casino, the possibility of various boat or coach trips.The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster.
