Three bedroom mid-centry home located on the 10 mile Point Beach Ice Age segment, with upstairs and downstairs fireplaces, private beach, balcony running full length of house, kitchen for cooking, games. Perfect for 6-8 friends/family to spend quality time together. Hiking/snow shoeing/cross country skiing/fat tire biking trails steps away. Lots of fun things to do in the area including ice skating in central Two Rivers. Under one hour drive to Green Bay or to Sturgeon Bay/Door County.
