Additionally, they tried to “accommodate” me and my friends but the room they put us in, was only accessible via a door code which on the second night stopped working. My friend who was the only one there trying to get in at the time was told there were no staff available to help her because it was past 11pm! Never in my life have I heard of a hotel not having staff that can help you 24/7! When the manager finally arrived to open the door for her, he was extremely rude & abusive to her. Yelled at her, got in her face & when the door was finally open, he told her now she had come to calm down before she could get in! Terrible place. Food is awful, staff is shady honestly. Auf dem Gelände ist ein Parkplatz für Gäste, ein Restaurant, eine gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche mit Sitzbereich und Kühlschrank, ein Getränkeautomat und eine kleine Bibliothek.
